What we don't collect
MMP Technologies LLC builds Android applications for licensed cannabis operators. Our software is distributed as standalone APKs and runs on the operator's own device. We do not operate cloud infrastructure that collects, stores, or processes operator data. Our applications do not include telemetry, analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs that send usage data anywhere.
Data ownership
Operator data — weigh events, plant and package records, Metrc credentials — belongs to the operator. MMP claims no ownership and will not sell, rent, license, or share it.
Where data lives
Track-and-trace data is stored locally on the operator's device. Communication with the Metrc API flows directly from the operator's device to Metrc, authenticated with operator-provisioned credentials. MMP does not intermediate, proxy, or store this traffic.
Support engagements
If an operator chooses to share data with us during a support engagement, we use it only to resolve the engagement and delete it from our systems when the engagement is closed.
Compliance
As a Metrc integrator, MMP abides by the obligations of the Metrc API Confidentiality & User Agreement and applicable Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency requirements. Specific operational, security, and audit obligations are set forth in that agreement.
